What is TEDx? In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxJacksonville, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxJacksonville event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

JU Honors Spring Quartet | Beethoven’s String Quartet Op. 59 No. 1 in F major

The Jacksonville University Honors String Quartet, a talented all-student ensemble at Jacksonville University, consists of Edward Latimer (violin), Joseph Schmidt (violin), Jacob Campbell (viola), and Joseph Engel on cello. Membership in the quartet is reserved for top string players in the school’s music program and provides students a full tuition scholarship. The quartet regularly performs at Jacksonville University concerts, recitals, on-campus events, and recruiting tours.
