Jade Wu, PhD | Sleep Whisperer

We live in a culture obsessed with “hacking” sleep. Apps, trackers, and gadgets promise more rest through more data. But Dr. Jade Wu, sleep psychologist, researcher, and author of Hello Sleep, argues that true rest begins with trust—not technology. A leading voice in behavioral sleep medicine, Dr. Wu shows how tuning into our body’s natural rhythms, rather than trying to control them, can restore resilient, quality sleep. Drawing on her pioneering research at Duke University and her compassionate approach to healing, she invites us to let go of performance pressure and rediscover the art of rest.
