Over the last seven years, TEDxJacksonville has hosted a series of Salons, simulcasts, and annual conferences on issues that matter to our community. We love that every year our audience has gotten bigger, but in 2019 we want to do something different: we want to recommit to creating smaller, more intimate opportunities for meaningful conversations with one another.
That’s why we’re launching the TEDxJacksonville Idea Club. We’ll host informal viewing parties of pre-selected TED talks regularly at locations around Jacksonville. Each event will be limited to 25 attendees. The goal is to bring together a diverse audience, fueled by curiosity and a sense of purpose, to dive deeper on subjects of interest to our community. We’ll discuss your thoughts, listen to alternative perspectives, and push problems into the open where they can be solved.
Stay tuned! Idea Club will return after our annual conference has concluded.
